The Smurfs consisted of over 100 dark blue humaniods who were as tall as three apples. Living in Smurf Village, they made homes out of mushrooms. The 543-year-old Papa Smurf led the rest of the Smurfs. If it weren't for Gargamel, a wizard who spent his days trying to capture these creatures, and his cat Azrael, the Smurfs' lives would have been perfect. Among the Smurfs were Brainy, Jokey, Vanity, Grouchy, Clumsy, and Smurfette.
